Made with Encruzado grapes harvested from Ribeiro Santo’s old vineyards and another plot in São João de Lourosa.
We used wine lees from 2015 to produce this White - the fermentation of the must occurred under these same lees, including own lees from 2016. Fermented later in 300L barrels where it aged for 6 months with battonage. After bottling, we kept the wine for another 6 months.
