Purple and ruby highlights, notes of black fruit, cocoa and spiced rose pepper hints, cloves. Elegant tannins in harmony with a balanced acidity that gives it freshness and longevity. Contains sulfites.

The harvest took place at the end of September, beginning of October with grape selection in the vine and harvested into small boxes of 18kg.

Grapes were totally destemmed into open oak barrels where fermentation occurred. It then aged in second-wine used barrels for 14 months.
