Ribeiro Santo Rosé 2017


Winemaker's notes
Pale rose colour, cherry and raspberry notes and hints of grapefruit. In the mouth, fresh and vibrant acidity accompanies fruity notes in a long and harmonious aftertaste.

The grapes were totally destemmed and immediately pressed. The tear must was cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of about 16ºC, for 3 weeks.
